ROLLCALL
01

Agreement

By using Rollcall, you agree to these Terms and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the social or shared-event features.

02

Accounts

  • Keep your account access secure and provide accurate profile information.
  • Do not impersonate another person or claim a username to mislead others.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
  • You may delete your account inside the app at any time.
03

Your content

You retain ownership of photographs, legacy videos created in earlier test builds, captions, comments, camera recipes, and other content you create. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and share it.

You grant Rollcall a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, reproduce, and distribute content only as needed to operate the features and visibility settings you choose. This license ends when the content is deleted, subject to reasonable backups, safety records, and legal obligations.

04

Camera recipe licenses

Camera creators may mark a published camera as closed, remixable with attribution, or open. Users must follow the license shown on the camera page. Attribution and provenance information must not be falsified or intentionally removed when the selected license requires it.

05

Shared events

Event hosts control event settings, development timing, participant limits, discovery, attribution, and guest export permissions. Participants should assume that media contributed to a shared event can be viewed and developed by the host and other authorized participants.

Do not contribute media without the consent of people whose privacy would reasonably be affected.

06

Prohibited conduct

  • Illegal, exploitative, sexually abusive, threatening, hateful, harassing, or privacy-invasive content or conduct.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, grooming, trafficking, or credible threats.
  • Spam, fraud, malicious links, automated scraping, account manipulation, or attempts to evade blocks and moderation.
  • Infringing intellectual property or publishing another person’s private information without permission.
  • Attacking, probing, reverse engineering, or disrupting Rollcall, CloudKit records, accounts, or other users’ data.
07

AI tools

AI tools are optional and may produce inaccurate, offensive, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing output before saving or sharing it and for complying with the provider’s terms. Do not use AI tools to create illegal, deceptive, abusive, or rights-infringing material.

Rollcall may change or remove a provider integration when needed for privacy, safety, reliability, or provider-policy compliance.

08

Moderation and enforcement

Rollcall may restrict visibility, remove content, disable publishing, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or notify appropriate authorities when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, or comply with law.

You can report content or accounts in the app. Good-faith mistakes can be appealed through Support. Repeated false or abusive reports may themselves violate these Terms.

09

Service availability

Photography features may depend on iPhone hardware, available storage, system permissions, and operating-system support. Social and AI features depend on network access, Apple services, and third-party providers. The service may change, experience interruptions, or discontinue features.

10

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rollcall is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rollcall is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, loss of media, user content, shared events, or third-party AI services.

11

Changes and contact

Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, when appropriate, an in-app notice. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

Questions, notices, and appeals can be submitted through the Support page.
